1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided at fullcrm.latinasalud.org, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our CRM platform immediately.
2. Service Description
FullCRM Solutions Group LLC provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to optimize sales pipelines, automate marketing, and manage client databases. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan selected at fullcrm.latinasalud.org.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access our CRM tools, users must register and maintain an active account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
You must notify us immediately at security@fullcrm.latinasalud.org if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Billing: All services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified during the checkout process at fullcrm.latinasalud.org.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our software, we offer a 7-day trial period. After this period, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users of fullcrm.latinasalud.org are strictly prohibited from:
Using the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM).
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the CRM.
Storing or transmitting data that infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights to the customer data you upload to the platform. FullCRM acts as a data processor. Our handling of your personal information and your clients’ data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at fullcrm.latinasalud.org/privacy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullCRM Solutions Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the platform at fullcrm.latinasalud.org. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the six months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the CRM will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
